When my family owned and managed restaurants across Europe and Canada, I eventually became the person responsible for all repairs and maintenance needs of the restaurant. Something that felt like a full-time job on its own. Quite often I found myself on the phone, calling vendors for repair and regular maintenance of our equipment, chasing after technicians for missed appointments, and scrambling to address unexpected issues that seemed to arise at the most inconvenient times.
It didn’t take long for me to realize how much easier our lives could have been with one company that managed all of our repair and maintenance needs. We needed a team that understood the unique challenges of the restaurant industry, people who could ensure our operations ran smoothly, we complied with regulations, and we never lost income due to equipment failures or downtime.
